Professional Office Space for Rent
Sanctuary has a number of different tenancy options available for those professionals who wish to conduct their business in a quiet, warm, welcoming space with like-minded professionals.
Sanctuary boasts seven (7) well sized offices, as well as a boardroom, two restrooms, a shower for those who like to run or cycle to work, a fully functional kitchen with dining table, file space for tenants, and a full-time administrative manager to see to the needs of Sanctuary’s owners, tenants, renters, and clients.
Leasing:
When available, offices can be leased on a full-time, or part-time basis. Full-time leases include Sanctuary’s General Administrative Services. Part-time leasing options include client welcome services only* and are available for 1-7 days per week.
Rentals:
Unleased, and part-time use offices can be rented by the day, or by the hour, and include client welcome services only*.
Boardroom:
Sanctuary’s boardroom table seats ten (10). However, if table seating is not required, 15-20 people could be accommodated. The boardroom is equipped with a white board, however audio-visual services are not available. Boardroom rentals include client welcome services only*.
